We helped an Academic Programme leader to develop and improve the employability aspects of their curriculum. Time. 1 term. 3 days

Mentoring: Director of Enterprise.
Our mentor provided support to a Director of Enterprise in the management and performance of the Department Time. 2 years. 1 day per month

Achieved the agreed target for improving performance in internal customer satisfaction and consequently saw associated improvements in enterprise activity and income levels.
Coaching: Director of Enterprise.
To develop improved systems and procedures in relation to student assessment and associated quality assurance alongside a robust mechanism for junior staff to report progress and challenges in these areas and suggest solutions.
