STAFF DEVELOPMENT FOR EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT
At the heart of the staff development programmes we provide
is a series of participative and challenging Masterclass
workshops with a ‘how to do it’ focus. The series is now
into its fourth successful year and we have introduced
a new suite of masterclasses on employability and three
further new titles to match demand’.
The workshops follow the cycle of employer engagement
and cover all the critical aspects from strategy and planning,
curriculum design, marketing and sales to quality assurance
and relationship management.
Full of practical tips, hints and opportunities to practice
skills and share experience the workshops are suitable
for those new to work-based learning and employer engagement
giving them confidence to get started. The workshops also
allow experienced practitioners to review and improve current
approaches.
