You must:

have or be prepared to obtain professional indemnity insurance |

have demonstrable experience of working in higher education (including higher education delivered in FE colleges) in the areas of work-based learning, employer engagement or continuing professional development. |
We will be particularly interested in your application if you have proven experience of one or more of the following:

Designing and/or delivering work-based learning for higher education (including higher education delivered in FE colleges) |
| • |
Designing and/or delivering continuing professional development programmes for a higher education institution (including higher education in FE colleges) |
| • |
Managing employer engagement projects in higher education |
| • |
Account management or business development in higher education |
You will also:
| • |
Have strong written and oral communication skills |
| • |
Be well organised and good at keeping in touch both with us and the client |
| • |
Be a confident user of IT for communication and presentation of work |
| • |
Have an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude to your work |
| • |
Work consistently to deadlines |
| • |
Be prepared to travel within the UK* |
