ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITIES – PERSON SPECIFICATION

You must:

be self-employed
•  have or be prepared to obtain professional indemnity insurance
have demonstrable experience of working in higher education (including higher education delivered in FE colleges) in the areas of work-based learning, employer engagement or continuing professional development.

We will be particularly interested in your application if you have proven experience of one or more of the following:

Designing and/or delivering work-based learning for higher education  (including higher education delivered in FE colleges)
•  Designing and/or delivering continuing professional development programmes for a higher education institution (including higher education in FE colleges)
Managing employer engagement projects in higher education
Account management or business development in higher education

You will also:

Have strong written and oral communication skills
•  Be well organised and good at keeping in touch both with us and the client
Be a confident user of IT for communication and presentation of work
Have an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude to your work
Work consistently to deadlines
Be prepared to travel within the UK*
