Southampton Solent University
As part of a Faculty’s programme review, produced market research from interviews with competitors and potential client organisations to gauge the potential for new and continuing programmes.
Delivered a cross university development programme using Service Plus to key administrators and academics to improve student participation.


Teesside University
Facilitated the development of a cross university strategy for business engagement from the brand new Darlington Campus. Coached and mentored two key Academic Enterprise teams to improved performance and leadership.


Queen Mary, University of London
Researched and advised on new approaches to growing Continuing Professional Development activities in two Faculties, Humanities and Social Sciences and Barts and the The London School of Medicine and Dentistry.


University of Bath
Conducted detailed field research among Engineering related organisations in the region; co-ordinated the integration of Associate Colleges’ market data with that of the University and developed a shared response process. Set up introductory meetings between the University and major regional engineering companies in relation to real opportunities identified.


National HE STEM project and HE STEM Wales
Delivered HE Masterclasses across England to participants from a range of universities involved in the HE STEM project. Repeated delivery of a further 9 Masterclasses across Wales.
