Through our work in Universities we have more than 15 years' experience of developing and delivering high quality, accredited and non-accredited learning and training programmes for a wide range of organisations, large and small. Our experience covers both the public and private sectors.
We have worked with organisations who have needed additional expertise and resources in order to develop the talent and potential of their workforces and have designed and delivered work based learning programmes for them which have been delivered across the UK, accrediting the learning with both an NVQ and an HE qualification.
If you need customised learning and training for your organisation including its strategic and operational planning, we have the experience and of making it work. We are able to help you to identify what you need, how to make it happen, and support you in the delivery of learning in your organisation. Our aim is to make the learning sustainable so we assess its impact, linking it to performance. In this way we make sure the learning and knowledge creation you experience is valuable and is continually evaluated. What's more, we can advise you whether there is external funding to help you develop the skills of your workforce and if there is, work with you to secure it.
And with significant experience of higher education and national vocational qualifications, we can identify what it is that's most appropriate for you and your workforce across a range of levels, and we can provide customised accredited learing to fit your needs.
